Season 1
Episode 1
- The donghua opens up with an epic fight between the demon lord and all of the other monsters, only for it to end up being a video that keeps pausing to alert the werewolf representative of the chat notifications. He gets so irritated he asks everyone to knock it off.
- As the other mythical beings converse over how to deal with Neil, one leader puts a voice clip into the chat assuring everyone that they had Neil under constant surveillance. Then one of his minions yells that they lost sight of Neil.Demon Leader: (beat) As I said, everything is under control.
Werewolf Leader: Bullshit! I heard that you lost him! Find him!
Episode 2
- Ira hoping he made Neil's room "feel like home". When Neil gets a look, it is decorated in the stereotypical demon fashion.
Episode 9
- Lynn asks the others to dress up as angels so he can send his brothers a Christmas video. Ira argues they have dignity as evil beings to uphold, so Lynn offers them a month free of rent and they all happily dress up.
Season 2
Episode 1
- Ira being bombarded by Nick's ads to the point he's glad there are no more when he gets home, only to find one plastered on the dining room table.
- Da Mao goes on about how Neil wasn't the demon lord and he would protect him. Nick thinks it's because Neil was powerful enough to make Da Mao retreat, but turns out another reason was because Neil gave Da Mao a free spa day when he was in wolf form.Nick: You're way too easy to buy over.
