Though starting as Nightmare Fuel, Kei's Black Ghost has a moment of this at the very end of the episode, once again repeating Kei's own words while sitting on a streetlight. Keep in mind, this is said with a very eerie, demonic tone.
"I really gotta take a piss."
Episode 8: "Brace yourselves"
An old lady rides her bicycle into Kei and she's too injured to get back up. Kei being Kei opts to just leave her... Initially. He keeps turning his head to and from her before settling on helping her up.
His face changes between "maybe" and "No!" While doing so.
Tanaka's terrible aim. When he shoots at the Ajin that don't want to join them, he shoots Satou in his side.
One of those Ajin is Kou, who jumps out of a window to escape. To his distress.
Kou: YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING!
The episode might as well be titled "Kou goes through hell."
After escaping Satou and Tanaka, he goes back to his apartment. With two government agents investigating it. He has to jump off the building again... into an electrical wire. He survives that, but is in incredible pain.
Then Tosaki runs him over. Still not dead.
Luckily, an ambulance came for Kou before Tosaki can tranquilize him. Then he starts giggling in relief before dying.
Episode 9: "Wait, let's talk this over."
Just when you think Kou's had enough, when he runs into Kei, Kei's IBM randomly runs him through.
Then Kei poisons him with a mushroom he found in the forest stop him from letting anyone know his location. Kou bangs his head against a rock to try and kill himself and reset. When that doesn't kill him, he runs off a cliff.
Kei complaining about his IBM.
Kei: Why did you do that? Dammit, you ignore my orders, you won't shut up, you're bloodthirsty... IBM: ....Be quiet... Kei:You be quiet.
Other
The ending of the manga. While talking to Kou, Kei gets hit by an oncoming truck and rolls off a ledge. The truck driver starts freaking out, but when Kou says it was Nagai, the truck driver calms down and just drives on.
