• During the sequel, Shepard's squad finally calls him out on his Kleptomaniac Hero tendencies during Mordin's recruitment mission.
• The various responses to Shepard's Drives Like Crazy, with the kicker being "I have just realized that there is nothing in the Code for the appropriate response to being vomited upon."
• During Grunt's Rite, Shepard lets Grunt command the squad to prove his worthiness. Partway through the Rite, he is about to order that the Maw Hammer be raised again, before stopping, staring at Shepard, and then ordering the squad to search the battlefield for credits, medi-gel, and thermal clips. Shepard is extremely proud.
• When Shepard, Tali and Garrus meet up with Dr. Michel on the Citadel again, the doctor asks what happened to Garrus's face. Shepard spins a tale about Garrus wanting to see what it was like to shave, involving Zaeed's advice, a dubious extranet search, and a thresher maw fang.
