Financial concerns notwithstanding (Visual Novels have an even smaller fanbase than Fighting Games outside Japan), the fact that there's no dub can be justified because of different dialects across time periods. Old English and Elizibethian English are very different than modern English, so it stands to reason that the Japanese everyone speaks is different from the common tongue of Blazblue's world.
