• The soldiers posted at Otumoetai can get away with dressing casually and making their disdain for authority apparent, but the soldiers at the metro station dress and act much more professionally not just because they're in a more public-facing role, but also because their commander is always there to keep a close eye on them.
• Why does the game penalise you for taking pictures of bluebottle jellyfish? Because (from what we've seen) the invading aliens look like jellyfish. Considering how badly the aliens have ravaged humanity, it would be pretty reasonable for people to react harshly to something that looks so similar.
