• Megatron taking a huge level in jerkass makes a lot more sense when you remember his mostly dead body was stuck in Unicron's wall for about a decade. Unicron clearly corrupted him and made him worse than he ever was in Armada. Demolisher wasn't just affected by his time with the Autobots, he could tell his leader was no longer the same bot he once was.
• The reason the Decepticons don’t have combination sparks like the Autobots. Since the ability comes from Primus, he of course wouldn’t grant them to those looking to revive Unicron, and the latter likely doesn’t possess such an ability, giving that he’s Primus’s opposite.
