• In the Stormbringer miniseries, when Thunderwing has called together the best and brightest of Cybertron, you can see Soundwave's holographic presence but not Shockwave. Why wouldn't Thunderwing have called Cybetron's arguably greatest scientist? Maybe because Shockwave is notoriously untrustworthy, or maybe because he's been missing, buried beneath the surface of the Earth on his top secret, unnofficial Regensis mission since Spotlight: Shockwave
• The Marvel Database says that the Earth is the Marvel Crossover Earth for four reasons: 1. In New Avengers/Transformers, Spider-Man does not recognize the Transformers, 2. Dr. Doom is present despite the fact that at the time, he was supposed to be trapped in Hell 3. In the New Avengers issue released after the crossover, the New Avengers do not mention anything about the event in spite of the reason why they went was to investigate Symkaria and Latervia threatening to go to war and 4. John Barber believes that the IDW version of the New Avengers probably died during All Hail Megatron.
