• Various NPCs in the game reveal that the Soldier enemies are actually the Guards of Hyrule. For example, a villager says the guards are acting crazy all of a sudden, and Malon says the castle guards aren't friendly to her anymore. Keep in mind, you slay the guards in droves, and there is no non-violent solution. Even the ending depicts the Castle as free of Hylian guards of any kind.
• Infant Immortality inverted when you reached a graveyard and you find a ghost of a girl there crying that she went there on a dare and her friends left behind, probably not realizing that she is dead.
