  • Ledinella is much more active than her constantly sleepy parents. At first it can seem that it is just because there has to be an intimidating villain in the Ice Kingdom. However, it turns out she is in love (granted, of the Yandere sort) with Pelior and madly jealous of Selizetta – which indicates she retains some human feelings, even if they’re twisted, after all. Father Ioann urges her to repent, too, and he wouldn’t have talked like this, had he thought her beyond all hope. Probably it was her parents who have made the pact with the Mountain Spirit, dragging her along (considering the Vague Age and the fact she behaves like a spoiled teen, she might have actually been in her mid-teens when the pact was made and therefore might not have weighed up her decision properly); so she is not initially as far gone as them.
