Fridge / Stargate Atlantis S03 E15 "The Game"

Fridge Brilliance:

• Nola is smart, excitable, and possessing of a bit of a superiority complex. Baden is a grumpy Deadpan Snarker with no patience for her crap. The leaders of each country have taken on the mannerisms of their respective Oracles.
• This episode shows just how destructive meddling with a low tech culture can get if you aren’t very careful. The Earth humans are only a few centuries ahead of Geldar and Halona but just a few so-called harmless mistakes by McKay and Sheppard lead both nations to the brink of war. And we see it repeating again with Lorne and Zelenka’s argument almost translating into yet another war. In the end, Elizabeth has to order the “game room” sealed off so no more such “benevolent interference” can occur. Her ending this experiment and banning any further use is very similar to The Others banning any ascended being from interfering with corporeal societies and severely punishing those that do.
