Given that the holodecks having incompatible systems was something of a Voodoo Shark in the first couple of seasons, that could explain why they are able to divert power by Season 6, the crew having worked out how to integrate the systems over the course of several years. Having an ex-Borg with prior experience in assimilating incompatible technologies would certainly help.
Near the beginning, the Doctor reminds Harry and Tom that he's bound by rules protecting his patients' privacy. Later on, when he needs to have a chat with Janeway about her mental state, he invites her to a Walk and Talk to get out of the crowded sickbay.
Seamus tells Father (The Doctor) that he's broken the Fifth Commandment again and seems fairly blase about it. Except the Catholic Fifth Commandment is "Thou shalt not kill."
When Janeway said, "Delete the wife", the holodeck program used Seamus to whack Mrs. Sullivan.
