The Klingon courier pours out Troi's offer of replicated Klingon bloodwine, obviously because he's outraged at being stopped and searched. However, in spite of Troi's claim, we know through many previous episodes that the ship's replicated bloodwine tastes terrible. Even if the courier weren't angry already, he would have been quite displeased by it.
