Radon seems to be just another Ruffian mini-boss that you plow through, but Kachua remarks in the opening that the Armed Volunteers are trying to CAPTURE Radon, and that Kachua herself is perfect bait since Radon is jealous of her. It's heavily implied that Radon is another woman Brad gave his blood to, but went feral.
Leda likewise looks like your typical squeaky voiced cute animal side-kick, but Achi remarks "change can be scary when you can't change back," right before stepping over her corpse.
