    • Why does the game keep using the It's Up to You even if Tony gets many men who he could easily have kill his enemies for him? Simple, Tony's entire business has been destroyed and his friend's been taken from him. Tony wants to do this personally to ensure he has the satisfaction of killing his enemies himself.
    • The inclusion of new songs from modern artists alongside actual songs from the '80s actually makes sense when you consider that one of Tony's investments is Montana Records. Perhaps these were songs that were later released under his label.
