Most of Sabrina's family, Sabrina, Warren, Endora and Sabrina's daughter Danielle (although they are futuristic smart glasses and she can seem to see without them) wear glasses . Skunks in the real world are nearsighted. Zig-Zag who is part skunk has reading glasses sometimes and is wearing glasses full time in the flash-forward sequence as well.
There are two major colleges in Columbus which Sabrina, Amy and Tommy could have attended. One is Ohio State University, which has an extensive cartoon and comic book research library. The other is Columbus College of Art & Design (Schwartz's actual alma-matter and the location of the non-canonical Sabrina at See-CAD series), which is a dedicated arts school with famous graduates such as Nathan Greno, the director of Tangled. Regardless of which school it is, Sabrina and the others literally attended a school for cartoon characters!note Good luck figuring out which college is intended to be the setting of the early years of the comic though, since evidence for it being both Ohio State (Sabrina's Ohio State shirt in some art pieces) and See-CAD (Eric's author avatar attending Sabrina's graduation) exist in the strip.

One of Sabrina's stab wounds suffered from her second mugging is on her head. Her mugger was so pissed off he tried to destroy her brain.
While the news articles about the severe assault on Sabrina and the arrest of her assailant might not mention where she works, the news articles on the arrest of Zig Zag for the assault on Sabrina's assailant will mention the nature of her business and her link to Sabrina. Sabrina's mother might not know a search engine from a banana flambé, but she probably reads the newspapers...
Averted: Endora didn't know until Sabrina Drama Bomb-ed (or as the strip title puts it, Drama B-52-Carpet-Bombing-Run) her in Strip #804◊.
