Why do Lynn and Lucy impulsively make the decision to go out into the storm to look for Lincoln in Chapter 24? Well, as Lynn continues to be consumed by the guilt of being responsible for throwing Lincoln out of the house in "No Such Luck", she resolves to redeem herself by becoming responsible for taking Lincoln back home. And Lucy, being her closest sister, readily agrees to help her (as easily as Lynn persuaded Lucy to go against Lincoln in "No Such Luck").
You know Lily is only a baby, right? And as babies grow older, they won't remember anything that happened when they were young since their minds are still developing. So would that mean that when Lincoln dies, Lily won't remember that she ever had a brother?Along with all the good times they had together?
