  • When being in the Future, it's actually mentioned twice during different Psyren Runs, that whenever being told "You guys went missing 10 years ago" Ageha automatically assumes that he and his friends were killed during this very expedition. But, actually, it's absolutely normal and logical - for heroes the next moment of life after the transfer is in the distant future, which means they do not exist at all during the period of time they travel over. And every possible future they will get to will describe them as "missing since that day", which is the same day for the travellers. And when returning, they change the future once again, undoing all the changes caused only by their "disappearance in action", until they travel there (then) once more. This also makes any Time Paradoxes like "meeting 10 years older versions of yourselves" virtually impossible by leaving only one group of protagonists per timeline.
  • Oboro is shown having amazing control of his PSI abilities almost from the moment he gets them, such as curing Ageha or snatching Kagetora's sunglasses during the training session. It might seem strange that he has such a natural affinity for PSI use, until you remember the first lesson Matsuri gave Ageha and Hiryuu: to control PSI you have to build a mental image of what you want and then project it onto reality. Since he thinks the world revolves around him anyways, its much easier for Oboro to build and project those images. He legitimately expects reality to bow to please him, and damn if he isn't right.
  • There were some complaints about the Miroku vs Grana fight, namely "How did he survive carbonization?" and the whole Miroku eating souls to heal himself. Then we find out that Miroku is made of souls. Suddenly his survival and recovery makes a lot more sense.
  • This spoiler was lampshaded before the reveal: those who master Nova become pure Psi energy, and Miroku certainly has. His Psi power lets him consume souls, therefore he gained a soul-body some time ago.
  • Ageha's inability to pronounce Psyren based on reading the card. The ps blend doesn't exist in Japanese. Naturally, this comes off as a bit silly in the English version, but we must remember that the Translation Convention is in effect here.
