At the end of the film, the Cat manages to track Napoleon home after her defeat. While she now accepts that he is a dog and not a mouse, she still wants to kill him for revenge. We never know if she succeeded or not (and no sequel has never been made to either confirm or deny it). For all we know, she very well could have.
