Somehow a nearly three year war which has costs tens of millions of deaths and has achieved functionally zero victories for the Turians still has a 53% approval rating, having only dropped 10% since the war started and half that being in the most recent months. That seems impossible until you realize the polling almost certainly isn't being done with any soldiers actually fighting in the war and those who survive are almost all taken prisoner or driven insane. As such, the only Turians answering the poll are most likely ones who've had no personal experience with the war itself.
