• Fridge Brilliance: The reason the Only Sane Man is the Zookeeper is because, as someone who works with animals for a living, he knows what a walrus is.
• Fridge Horror: How many other kids did the doctor transition into walruses (or other animals, for that matter), that he refers to it as a “simple procedure”, before Johnny? Given he’s a Karma Houdini, how many others will undergo the same later on? The implications of that are a Crapsack World, unless of course the other people getting the procedure do so consensually.
