• Jon and Lauren waiting until the day before the former's execution to put their plan into action, especially since it hinged on Jack being there that day for them to frame. Why did they wait until the last possible second? Did they have a back-up plan just in case Jack happened to call out sick that day?
• Mike appears to have been helping Lauren and Jon out by (presumably) planting evidence to frame Gramm. One has to wonder if he got in trouble for that afterwards, as the last time we see him, he's still in Gramm's office after Gramm scared him into moving away from the door.
