- Billy being so close with Spencer and his friends is all well and good, until you realize that they will continue to age and eventually die while he stays the same. And unless everyone who dies in the series becomes a ghost—which isn't likely, as we've only seen two ghosts in-series so far—Billy is most likely going to have to spend eternity alone.
