• Fridge Brilliance: Maxim Hutkoff is supposed to be The Man Behind the Man, but it's really Romero and Rightwell who do all the dirty work while he just does absolutely nothing except spout propaganda as the face of the NCR political party. Then once the videotape is aired and NCR is totally ruined, Hutkoff gets off totally scot-free after making a lame public apology. Much like political puppetry in real life!
