• The rebellion of the Fallen was initiated because the angels had been given contradictory commandments to follow, with the rebellion initially merely the issue of which of the two commandments each faction judged to be paramount. Was this a dick move by the Creator, was it to test the angels — or was it simply because an omnipotent being has no issue simultaneously following contradictory commandments, while angels are decidedly non-omnipotent?
