Fridge / Commando (1985)

• In an early scene, General Kirby lists a number of suspects as to who could be targeting Matrix, listing Syrians, Russians, and South Americans. It sounds like Global Ignorance or at least a way to avoid offending anyone from any one particular country, but with what the Americans had spent the last couple decades doing in South America, there's a pretty good chance most of the continent would have had a score to settle with Matrix or the United States in general.
