Fridge / Burlesque

• There's a live band of sizeable membership at the Burlesque lounge, apparently not needed because all of the girls lip-sync to pre-recorded tracks anyway, all the while the lounge is under threat to close due to financial difficulties. In general, there doesn't seem to be any particular effort to cut back on expenses.
  • This could be an example of Tess being a Benevolent Boss; she may have needed these people in the past and doesn't want to fire anyone now if they still work well with the rest of the staff even if their purpose is relatively redundant.
