After being Brainwashed and Crazy, Mikhail no longer wears his hood. Makes sense, since he doesn't need to conceal himself from VUDO anymore.
When Azazel does the Content Warning before the show stars, he speaks of good aesops (unlike Rasputin's asking the viewers to submit before him). Not surprising, since he's actually Mikhail a.k.a. Reza, Ray's little brother, who's in the good side.

Rasputin getting angry and putting a hit on Azazel just because he refused to kill Bima while he's at his weakest seems rather whimsical. But then again, Rasputin needs all the Power Stones, so sooner or later, he would've gotten rid of Azazel anyway. Him refusing his order is just a fast-forward trigger to get the Black Power Stone.
The victims of Gremontis Monster. In the show, we were shown that Bima did save a few. However, there are millions of people watching TV, and who knows what happened to them...
George's death. The fact that we never saw it directly, or his dead body afterwards, makes one wonder what exactly Valcus Monster did to him.
