Comic Books

Literature

  • The Walking Dead: Rise of the Governor: The tragic backstory of one of the series' big bads.
  • The Walking Dead: The Road To Woodbury: A young woman lives under the despotic reign of the Governor.
  • The Walking Dead Fall Of The Governor: The siege of the prison, and the downfall of the Governor, as witnessed by him and the previous novel's protagonist.
  • The Walking Dead Descent: Lilly Caul, the protagonist of the two previous novels, is put in charge of Woodbury after the prison assault. After encountering and inviting a group led by an enigmatic and affable priest, Lilly realizes that she made a serious mistake as the priest's dark secret is revealed and the town starts tearing up from the inside.
  • The Walking Dead Invasion: Following Woodbury's destruction, Lilly's group lives in the sewers designed by Bob Stookey (another recurring character from the previous books). Lilly wants Woodbury back, but once Jeremiah hears the news of some Woodbury citizens surviving the town devastation, he decides to finish them off with a secret weapon.
  • The Walking Dead Search And Destroy: One year after Jeremiah's sect is dealt with (and four years after the outbreak), Woodbury is being restored under Lilly's leadership, but one day a brutal military faction attacks the town, destroys it and kills almost everyone before kidnapping children, prompting Lilly and her group to go on a Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
  • The Walking Dead Return To Woodbury: Taking place one year after the previous novel, Lilly, now living in a different place with her old and new friends, wants to take the town of Woodbury back and restore it (again), but yet another enemy faction gets in her way.
  • The Walking Dead Typhoon: Unlike other stories, this novel takes place in China and centers around a community to survivors living in the mountains and having inner conflicts with the remnant of the Chinese government when an undead horde which consists of millions of walkers shows up, and things only escalate from there.
