Tropes for the film:

  • Butt-Monkey: Sheriff Edward Gideon. He has to put up with a crafty Swiss-Italian outlaw and an [[Ethnic Scrappy annoying impersonator... and that's the start of his troubles.
  • Disguised in Drag: All three of the main characters do this to rescue a village's women. Their cover is blown when the thugs tear off Black Jack's small veil covering his mustache, and a fight ensues.
  • Freudian Trio:
    • Id: Blanc "Swiss" LeBlanc, the Lovable Rogue outlaw.
    • Superego: Sheriff Edward "Black Jack" Gideon, who is stern and inflexible.
    • Ego: Sakura, the mild mannered, easily impressionable servant.
  • Tagline: "You'll Laugh Your Saddle Off!".
  • Third-Person Person: Swiss "The White" and Sakura "The Yellow" both frequently refer to themselves this way. Swiss does it to express himself as an egotistical bandit, and Sakura is a racial caricature who expresses his servitude in this manner.
