A 1969 B-Movie made by visual artist and designer David L. Hewitt about a circus owner launching an expedition to Africa to find a giant ape. Wouldn't be anything special if it didn't provide some very egregious cases of Special Effects Failure.
- Behemoth Battle: Between Gorga and a T. rex...apparently.
- Brownface: Used for the voodoo witch-doctor Big Bad of the movie.
- Darkest Africa: The setting, with the more stereotypical tropes that it places on display.
- King Kong Copy: The titular giant ape is this. Just about the only thing unique about it is that it lives and gets to stay in its valley home instead of being captured.
- The Mockbuster: Do we even need to say what's is of?
