The D Train at first appears like a typical Bromantic Comedy where uptight class reunion chair Daniel (Jack Black) attempts to get former classmate turned famous commercial actor Oliver (James Marsden) to attend the reunion in order to increase attendance. However, the pair's effects on each other begin to take complicated and dark turns.
