The 2018 Belgian short film Switch 2018 features an initially female protagonist who discovers that having an orgasm causes her to change sex. The film can be seen as a commentary on trans people's experiences. Can be viewed here.

The main protagonist (Nora Dolmans) engages in a sexual encounter with another girl (Manon Delauvaux), that is briefly interrupted by her mother (Florence Hebbelynck) and her brother (Igor Dejaiffe). The encounter continues until the main protagonist climaxes. At this point, the other girl suddenly screams, grabs her clothes, and runs out of the room. The main protagonist stands and looks down at her body, then runs to the bathroom. In the bathroom it is revealed that the main protagonist is now fully male (Félix Matagne). "He" begins crying and throws up in the toilet. He continues crying until he passes out. Once unconscious he has a rather violent erotic dream. "She" wakes up and finds that she is once again a female.
The scene changes to the protagonist walking at school. She passes the other girl and they don't speak. She then eats lunch alone.
The scene switches to a house party. The main protagonist sees a young man with long hair (Adrien de Biasi). She goes into the bathroom, masturbates, and comes out once again as the young man she was before. He and the young man with long hair exchange knowing glances. They go into a bedroom and begin having relations. After he climaxes, the young man with long hair transforms into a girl (Pénélope Guimas) who gets dressed and walks out.
