Redwood Massacre: Annihilation is a Horror Movie by David Ryan Keith.

Tom Dempsey (Jon Campling) is a man who's dedicated his life to looking for the killer behind the events of the first movie. At a book signing, he's approached by Max (Damien Puckler), a man who claims to have a lead to the killer that Tom would be mad to turn up. The two round up Tom's daughter, Laura (Danielle Harris), and meet up with friends Jen (Tevy Poe) and Gus (Gary Kasper) to head to the place where the killer just might be.

However, the killer has been expecting them.

The film was released on October 20th, 2020.


Redwood Massacre: Annihilation contains examples of:

  • Abandoned Hospital: Of a sort. The bunker the group are in is revealed to have been used as an experimental hospital by the government, where they were experimenting on beings like the Redwood killer.
  • An Arm and a Leg: In one scene, the killer saws a man's leg off. He also removes one of Jen's arms.
  • Beneath the Earth: The base where the killer is supposedly located is underground.
  • Blood from the Mouth: Jen's mouth lets blood loose when the killer starts to gut her.
  • Bond One-Liner: Laura delivers one after decapitating the Redwood killer.
    Laura: Try coming back from that, motherfucker.
  • Boom, Headshot!: How Laura and Gus are killed by the soldier at the end, as shown by the bullet holes located in their foreheads.
  • Bound and Gagged: Pamela from the first movie is shown tied by her arms to a chair, with a cloth around her mouth.
  • Call-Back: Max claims to have found the killer's mask in the junk yard from the previous movie.
  • Chained to a Bed: One of the killer's victims is shown to be in this position. Specifically, the one who's legs get sawed off.
  • Cruel Twist Ending: The killer is dead, and the military has shown up. The official asks if there are other survivors, and on being told no, lets his soldier friend kill both Laura and Gus, revealing they knew about what was going on.
  • Handguns: Gus is shown to own one, among all his other guns. The soldier accompanying the government official at the end pulls out a handgun to kill Laura and Gus with.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: The killer stabs a victim through the torso with a large curved blade, and leaves it in there.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Max brought the group to the base to be slaughtered by the Redwood killer. Guess who kills him.
  • Off with His Head!: The killer does Tom in by chopping his head off with a single swing.
    • Laura decapitates the killer at the end of the movie.
  • Over-the-Shoulder Carry: The Redwood killer is seen carrying one of his victims this way.
  • Quizzical Tilt: When Max is pretending to be the killer to Tom in his home, he tilts his head in this manner.
  • The Reveal: Two.
    • Max has been bringing people to the Redwood killer for him to torturer and murder.
    • The underground base they're in is some sort of experimental hospital where the government's been experimenting with beings like the killer.
  • Time Skip: After the prologue, the movie jumps ahead by ten years.
  • Word Sequel: The second movie in the series after The Redwood Massacre.
