Sienna Lane is a young MMA trainer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While training Jax, an up and coming fighter, they begin dating. After coming home to find him cheating with her sister Beth, Sierra angrily breaks up with Jax on the spot. For revenge, she decides to train his arch rival Kayden in hopes he'll beat Jax. Sierra soon begins falling for Kayden while having lingering feelings for Jax.Tropes:
- Action Girl: Sienna is a skilled MMA fighter but she trains other people at first rather than having bouts herself. She still fights while training other fighters however, beating Kayden while doing so. Once she discusses this with Kayden, noting that there is a stigma against women fighting because beauty's seen as their only asset so getting busted up would diminish that. She also spars with another female fighter, Athena, while helping train her. Sienna beats Athena, who it turns out previously had beaten all of her opponents that year, proving Sienna's skills.
- Affectionate Nickname: Sienna's loved ones sometimes call her "Si".
- Bedroom Adultery Scene: Sienna comes home and finds her boyfriend having sex with her sister on the couch in the front room.
- Berserk Button: Kayden gets infuriated and hits Jax after he says he'd killed his own mother (she died in a car accident going to pick him up).

- Ms. Fanservice: Sienna spends a lot of the film wearing workout clothing that's pretty revealing. Additionally she has mutiple scenes in her underwear, including one before having sex with Kayden. They also have shower sex, though nothing explicit. She is a quite good-looking, athletic woman.
- Parental Substitute: Sienna states her boss and mentor Julian has been the only father figure she's ever had.
- Passionate Sports Girl: Sienna is a committed, skilled MMA fighter who enjoys the sport very much, mostly as a trainer at first though she's no slouch in the ring too. Athena, another female fighter, is undefeated until Sienna beats her.
- Rejected Apology: Jax tries to apologize for cheating on Sienna, but she angrily rejects this.
- Second-Act Breakup: Sienna and Kayden are temporarily driven apart after they've started dating in the second half of the film.
