A 1992 drama film directed by Jonathan Kaplan, starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Dennis Haysbert.
Set in November 1963, the film follows Louie Irene "Lurene" Hallett (Pfeiffer), a Dallas housewife obsessed with Jacqueline Kennedy and her attempts to travel to Washington DC for John F. Kennedy's funeral and running into a man (Haysbert) along the way.
The film also stars Brian Kerwin, Louise Latham, and Peggy Rea.
It was released on December 11, 1992 by Orion Pictures.
