Hundra is a 1983 Italian-American-Spanish Sword and Sandal film directed by Matt Cimber starring Laurene Landon. It follows the titular Hundra, an amazon warrior who sets out on a quest for a man to impregnate her after her tribe is wiped out by a rival tribe of barbarians.

Tropes:

  • All Men Are Perverts: With a couple notable exceptions, all of the male characters are predatory creeps.
  • Amazonian Beauty: Laurene Landon is very easy to look at.
  • Amazon Chaser: Surprisingly averted with Hundra's love interest Pateray who has no sexual interest in her until after her makeover.
  • Attempted Rape: A gross bandit attempts to force himself on Hundra early on with predictable results.
  • Blaming the Victim: When Hundra sees Tracima being raped in the street, she doesn't lift a finger to help her, instead rebuking her for her weakness until she fights back.
  • Barbarian Hero: Hundra herself, of course.
  • Crapsack World: The setting is pretty grim, especially for women.
  • Deliberate Values Dissonance: Women are used and abused by men with impunity and Hundra herself has the morals of a barbarian.
  • Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Hundra initially has no compunctions about forcing herself on a man. After all, she knows men force women. She only backs down from raping Patery after he explains the concept of arousal to her. Later, the brutal gang rape of the temple master by his own slave girls is treated like a triumphant moment.
  • Fanservice: The movies few nude scenes don't contribute much to the plot, all things considered.
  • Feminist Fantasy: Albeit a very primitive and barbaric one.
  • Gasshole: The bandit who tries to rape Hundra is constantly burping and farting.
  • Karmic Rape: The temple master is raped and beaten to death by his own slave girls.
  • Last of Her Kind: Hundra is the last fertile member of her tribe. The one other member is very elderly.
  • Murderers Are Rapists: The raiding barbarians rape Hundra's younger sister before killing her.
  • Near-Rape Experience: Hundra pins Pateray to a wall with the intention of raping him but he talks her out of it.
  • Nubile Savage: Amazons apparently shave their legs.
  • Off with Her Head!: Hundra returns from a hunt to discover her younger sister's severed head hanging by its hair.
  • Only You Can Repopulate My Race: Hundra's entire mission.
  • Pay Evil unto Evil: After years of suffering rape and humiliation enabled by their master, the temple slaves retaliate by gang raping and beating him to death.
  • Pelts of the Barbarian: How Hundra and the other amazons dress.
  • Rape as Drama: The sexual abuse of women by men is a recurring theme.
  • Rape and Revenge: The temple slaves take brutal revenge against their master who allowed the city chiefs to use them as they pleased.
  • Rape, Pillage, and Burn: What the enemy barbarians do to Hundra's village.
  • Sex Slave: Young women being sold into sexual slavery at the temple is a major plot point.
  • She Cleans Up Nicely: Hundra gets a makeover at the temple in order to seduce Pateray.
  • Sword and Sandal: The majority of the film takes place in what looks like a Bronze Age city.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Hundra's dog is pretty much useless until the finale.
