Horrific is a 2000 Anthology Film from Full Moon Features, featuring three stories edited down from previous Full Moon releases.

The three chapters are:

  • Crypt of the Undead: Schoolmates accidentally unearth three undead executioners from their graves during a Ouija board seance who initiate a bloody killing spree.
  • Terror Vision: A brilliant scientist performs his final experiment which seems to be yet another waste of life. But something begins to stir in one of the still eye sockets of the victim...a new form of life has begun.
  • Masters of Death: Six teenagers have been chosen to be a part of a terrifying ritual - three destined to be killers and three destined to be the victims - unholy sacrifices that will awaken the sleeping masters.

Tropes in Horrific include:

  • Air-Vent Passageway: In Terror Vision, the giant eye uses the air vents to travel around the apartment building.
  • Bring Me My Brown Pants: Rory wets himself when Calvin sits up after Faking the Dead in Crypt of the Undead.
  • Dead Man's Chest: In Terror Vision, Dr. Jordan and Morty stuff the body of the dead prostitute into a crate and hide it in the attic. It only takes about ten minutes for another character to discover it.
  • Disposable Sex Worker: In Terror Vision, Dr. Jordan hires a male prostitute to be the subject of his perception experiment. He is killed when a giant monster crawls out of his eye socket.
  • Express Delivery: At the end of Terror Vision, Rita and Jane both feel the first stirring of their alien pregnancies, despite the Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong having occurred no more than a few hours earlier.
  • Extremely Short Timespan: All three stories take place in less than a day.
  • Eye Scream: In Terror Vision, Dr. Jordan hires a male prostitute to be the subject of his perception experiment. He is killed when a giant monster crawls out of his eye socket.
  • Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong: In Terror Vision, the giant floating eyeball impregnates Rita and Jane to create an invasion force for its species.
  • Faceless Eye: The monster in the Terror Vision segment is a giant floating eyeball.
  • Faking the Dead: In Crypt of the Undead, Kristof stages a practical joke where he tells his friends that Calvin has died and they will be attending a private viewing of the body. However, once at the funeral home, the still-alive Calvin sits up in the coffin.
  • Hand on Womb: A horror version occurs at the the end of Terror Vision segment, as Rita and Jane both place their hands on their bellies as they feel the first stirrings of their alien pregnancies.
  • I Don't Like the Sound of That Place: Crypt of the Undead takes place in a funeral home that is built on top of the remains of Blood Prison.
  • Inconvenient Summons: In Masters of Death, the six strangers all experienced a mental compulsion to abandon what they were doing an travel to the cabin in the woods. One of the girls mentions that she was taking an exam and just stood up and walked out.
  • Mad Scientist Laboratory: In Terror Vision, Jordan has converted his apartment into one for his experiments in accessing the 8th dimension.
  • Mars Needs Women: In Terror Vision, the giant eye comes from a parthenogenic race. However, because it crossed into our dimension through a male host, it now needs human females to propagate its race.
  • Monster Misogyny: The giant killer eye in Terror Vision aims its attacks at Rita and Jane.
  • Naughty Tentacles: The giant killer eye uses the tendrils from its optic nerve to violate Rita and Jane in Terror Vision.
  • Oculothorax: The monster in the Terror Vision segment is a giant floating eyeball dragging a gigantic optic nerve behind it.
  • Platonic Prostitution: In Terror Vision, Dr. Jordan hires a male prostitute to be the subject of his perception experiment. However, he soon becomes a Disposable Sex Worker.
  • Prematurely Marked Grave: The six people trapped in the cabin find crosses with their names and today's date on them in the small graveyard in Masters of Death.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: In Crypt of the Undead, the undead executioners have red eyes, as does anyone possessed by the ghosts of the witches.
  • Shovel Strike: In Masters of Death, Roz kills Len with a shovel in the graveyard. Later, the resurrected Len uses the same shovel to beat her to death.
  • Sinister Scythe: In Crypt of the Undead, one the undead executioners carries a sickle as his weapon.
  • A Threesome Is Hot: In Terror Vision, Rita is cheating on her neglectful husband by having threesomes with the two hot studs who live the apartment below.
  • Womb Horror: In Terror Vision, the giant floating eyeball impregnates Rita and Jane to create an invasion force for its species.
  • You Can't Fight Fate: In Masters of Death, six people trapped in a cabin a presented with a prophecy that three of them will be killed by the other three. Roz is convinced that Len is going to kill her, and winds up killing him. She believes she has cheated the prophecy (he can't kill her if he's dead), but the others point out she has changed nothing: the prophecy never specified who would kill whom, and there is still one murderer and one victim.
