Dinosaur Hotel (alternate title: Dinosaur Valley) is a Dinosaur Horror Movie by Jack Peter Mundy.
Sienna Woods (Chrissie Wunna) is a single mother mourning the loss of her husband, and in need of money to provide for her kids, Maddie (Ruby Wunna) and Peter (Junior Wunna). As luck would have it, she receives an invitation to take part in a new Game Show called "Dinosaur Hotel", with the grand prize being one hundred thousand pounds. Unable to find a babysitter, Sienna has to choice but to take them with her to the hotel.
Upon arriving, the trio are met by fellow contestant Zara Smith (Chelsea Greenwood). And after getting settled in, Sienna meets the other contestants, Laura Frake (Sofia Lacey), Sam Jones (Kate Sandison), and Jenny Dilloway (Nicole Nabi). They are then informed that there are real-life dinosaurs on the property of the hotel, to their awe. However, once the game begins, they also discover that the dinosaurs are vicious predators that will not hesitate to kill and eat them.
So now, the girls must try to make it to the end of the game alive, and Sienna needs to make sure her family remains intact throughout.
The movie was released on June 11th, 2021.
Dinosaur Hotel contains examples of:
- Beard of Evil: The Games Master has one.
- Big Bad: The Games Master, who runs the games.
- Blood-Splattered Innocents: Maddie gets splattered with Sam's blood while Sam gets attacked and eaten by the raptor.
- Cellphones Are Useless: Invoked by the rules of the game. The contestants aren't allowed to use their phones on the property, and are informed that there's a signal jammer in place that will keep them from contacting the outside world.
- Disappeared Dad: Sienna's husband died at some point between the prologue and the main events of the movie. Sienna is seeing a therapist about it at the start of the movie.
- Dwindling Party: The group at the start is Sienna, Maddie, Peter, Laura, Zara, Sam, and Jenny. At the end, only Sienna, Maddie, and Peter are the remaining survivors.
- Eaten Alive: Happens to Laura near the start of the game, and to The Games Master at the end of the movie.
- From the Mouths of Babes: Peter says "Holy crap" when he sees the pterosaur outside.
- Handgun: One of the items found throughout the hotel that the contestants can use to defend themselves.
- The Mole: As it turns out, Zara was in league with the Games Master from the very start.
- My Car Hates Me: When Jenny manages to reach her car, she gets in and tries to start it up, ignoring the protestations of the camera drone. The car utterly refuses to start up.
- The Place: "Dinosaur Hotel" is the name of the hotel the movie's set in.
- Raptor Attack: One of the dinosaurs the contestants need to survive against is a raptor. It manages to claim the lives of Sam and Zara.
- Screaming Woman: Expect to hear a lot of screaming from the female contestants of the game.
