Class of Nuke 'Em High Part II: Subhumanoid Meltdown is a Science Fiction Horror Comedy movie by Eric Louzil and Donald G. Jackson.

Tromaville High School has been rebuilt after its destruction at the end of the last movie. With the help of the Nukemama Corporation, the school has become the Tromaville Institute of Technology, and has been integrated into the brand new nuclear reactor, which the students are getting a hands-on experience in learning how to maintain a nuclear reactor.

One of the students, Roger Smith (Brick Bronsky), works at the high school's newspaper, and is in need of a real scoop to give to his boss. He signs up for a science experiment in which he meets Victoria (Leesa Rowland), with whom he becomes smitten. What he doesn't know, however, is that Victoria is a subhumanoid, a genetically engineered humanoid creature created by Professor Melvine Holt (Lisa Gaye) for the purpose of making stronger, more durable, completely docile human beings that can take any order given to them. The Dean at the school, Okra (Scott Resnick), hopes to sell the subhumanoids as the perfect workforce, making Nukemama millions. Soon, Roger finds himself involved when he can't stop thinking about Victoria.

The movie was released on April 12th, 1991.

Class of Nuke 'Em High Part II: Subhumanoid Meltdown contains examples of:

  • Beehive Hairdo: Professor Holt has one. It's about half as high as she is tall.
  • Belly Mouth: All subhumanoids have a second mouth in place of a belly button, which is how to tell them apart from regular humans.
  • Blood from the Mouth: Harvey the subhumanoid starts bleeding from his mouth as a result of eating glass.
  • Body Horror: Would it be a Troma movie without it? Seems that, after an unspecified amount of time, a subhumanoid starts foaming at the mouth, and then their body melts down into what looks a dark green Fizzgig.
  • The Cameo: At one point in the movie, Toxie shows up and starts violently attacking people. He's ordered off the set by the director.
  • Fat Bastard: Yolk, leader of the Squirrels, the movie's new stand-in for the previous one's Honour Roll.
  • Fun with Acronyms: The school in this movie is now known as the Tromaville Institute of Technology.
  • How We Got Here: The movie begins with chaos erupting at the school and a giant mutant squirrel stomping about. We then see Roger carrying Victoria and setting her down so he can record what he thinks are his final moments in case he doesn't survive.
