- Synopsis: This fanfic explores Rameses and Moses' thoughts and experiences starting with Moses' exile and ending with the tenth plague. This does jump a little quick from head to head at times, but otherwise, it is worth reading.

- Synopsis: Explores, in heart-wrenching detail, the weight of the tenth plague and the ramifications of a broken Egypt (and king) that it leaves behind.
- Pairings: Tzipporah/Moses.
- Comments: Has some Tzipporah/Moses, but minor. You might like to keep a kleenex handy.
Red Wall, Red Door by Campion Sayn

- Synopsis: An AU (alternate universe) fanfiction exploring what might have happened had Moses saved Rameses' son, rather than letting him die along with the other children.
- Pairings: No pairings.
Worthy Of Honor by Laura Schiller

- Synopsis: Moses apologises to Tzipporah about what happened in the palace during the banquet scene.
- Pairings: Tzipporah/Moses
- Comments: A short fanfic, but keeps both Tzipporah and Moses in character. It is set during Moses' time in the desert with the Midians.
The Heart of Stone by Hathor-Aroha

- Status: Complete
- Synopsis: An alternate set of events in which, after the first time he refuses to let the Hebrews go, Rameses' heart literally hardens into stone. When the stone starts to spread to the rest of his body, Moses begs him to reconsider, lest he be completely petrified.
- Tags: Alternate Universe Fic, Horror/Supernatural, Major character death
- Comments: I would have liked to see more from Rameses' point of view, and he seems a little bit too calm about the fact that he's slowly turning to stone. The ramifications of his transformation aren't talked about as much as they could be, but other than that, it's a brilliant fic! It's a delightfully frightening situation, and everyone is in character. The descriptions of the final plague (locusts in this version of events) are cleverly worded, and it paints a beautifully disgusting picture in my head. Content warning for body horror, mentions of animal death, and major character death.
