by Mr. Fanfic Guy, the same author behind Lucky Star: After Story.
- Synopsis: Hakase develops appendicitis and has to be taken to the hospital. Surprisingly dramatic, as the four other girls wait for the results and the ensuing surgery. Also references some of the more famous scenes from a few episodes of the show. Thankfully the story ends happily; the surgery is a complete success and Hakase is able to leave the hospital a couple of days later.
