These are recommendations made by tropers for Kong: Skull Island fanfics, all of which have been signed by people. No-name recommendations will be zapped. Please note this is for stories that specifically use the Kong: Skull Island incarnation of Skull Island and King Kong as its focus. Stories focusing more on incarnations from the 1933, 1976, and 2005 incarnation with related media should be put under a fanfiction page related to King Kong.

• Synopsis: In 1994, when the young son of Godzilla wanders out to and falls asleep at sea he finds himself drifting through a cloud bank and ending up on the island of another monster king.
• Tags: Adventure, comedy, Coming of Age Story
• Set in the same continuity and is a prequel to The Bridge
• Comments: A sequel to the film which situates the MonsterVerse version of King Kong into The Bridge's "Amalgam'verse", an Alternate Continuity based off the Heisei Godzilla saga that incorporates other franchises. However this story is largely a standalone in terms of its content. It also subverts the typical Godzilla vs. King Kong formula, with Kong being neutral to Godzilla Junior since he was saving some humans from a skullcrawler and Junior idolizing the big ape.
