Authors, and Websites

Macx (formerly Gryph):

Vathara:
  • Recommended by eagle108
  • Another one from the "queen of crossovers," starting with the "Urban Legends"-verse, using Macx's concept of Nick-being-emphatically-bonded-with-Godzilla, and mixing in with Gargoyles and The Real Ghostbusters. Vathara's writing style, while minimal at times, captures the tone and characters of their respective series when involved.

Monster Wars: Another POV by EvoFTG
  • Recommended by eagle108
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: An extremely well-written take of the "Monster Wars" trilogy from Godzilla's perspective, grammar mistakes aside. From how the Big Guy views Nick while Nick is following him in the first part to the appearance of Cyber-Zilla and being under control by the Tachyon aliens, and to his Friend-or-Idol Decision moment at the climax.

Shelf Life by blueskydog
  • Recommended by eagle108
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Mendel finds one of Randy's "experiments" and tosses it out partly out of frustration due to how messy their headquarters is. However, that's putting "fun" in another "fungus" mutated, prompting the team to do a little sleuthing and having to take care of the mushroom before it eats everything else. Reads like an episode straight out of the series.

I Trusted You by blueskydog
  • Recommended by eagle108
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Takes place during "The Winter of Our Discontent," focusing on Randy's thoughts throughout the episode, from how he met Nick to losing his trust to regaining it again.

Girl Talk by blueskydog

His Bonded One by Szarinasumalpong
  • Recommended by Coherent Pantherine
  • Status: In-progress
  • Synopsis: Some spelling/grammar errors aside, a nice Perspective Flip on the series told from an original character, a young girl named Cordula Davis. After Nick scares off the infant Godzilla during "New Family: Part 1," Godzilla encounters Cordula and her widowed father, Joe. Godzilla bonds with Cordula, leading her to meet HEAT and participate in their adventures.
