- Comments: This short story is a Fix Fic in which Emma behaves much better toward Miss Bates at the Box Hill picnic than in the original. It explores Emma's thought processes before and after responding to Miss Bates, and shows Mr. Knightley's (initially) understated reaction and the importance Emma attaches to his approval. This heartwarming one-shot will put a smile on your face.

- Synopsis: AU, a what if Mr Knightly never confessed but something else happened. The life of Emma Woodhouse through the eyes of her niece Emma Knightly.
- Comments: This is a pretty tragic story (especially in comparison to the source material); a very well-written scenario exploring how life might have progressed had Emma and Mr. Knightley remained apart. The perspective shift to the next generation (Emma's niece) was effective.

- Synopsis: After the regrettable events of Box Hill, Emma and Mr Knightley both feel the need to make amends. Will our hero and heroine seize their chance at reconciliation, or be parted forever by a terrible accident?
- Comments: A well-written and very dramatic twist on the final act, in which Emma, in the course of trying to atone for her behaviour at Box Hill, suffers a life-threatening accident and is cared for by Mr. Knightley - and thus, the ultimate revelation of his feelings for her (as well as hers for him) plays out differently from the original. Emma's misfortune is somewhat reminiscent of Marianne's from Sense and Sensibility, and the final chapters of this story contain one final misunderstanding via a line in a conversation heard out of context.

- Synopsis: Mr Knightley comes home after his visit in London to find Isabella was right - Miss Bates is engaged! And now Mr Woodhouse wishes him to marry Emma. it is the end of Highbury! Literally.

- Comments: This is a delightful little comedy, sometimes bordering on grotesque, especially towards the end, but a very fun read for any Emma fan nevertheless.
