- This is an amazing oneshot, with some of the most incredible characterization that this troper has ever seen. It really delves into the mind of Dracula, and the OCs are all believable and realistic by Castlevania's standards.
- While the story is not what I had been hoping for when I had stumbled upon this fiction (and at that time I was looking for heavily psychological and/or philosophical fictions, with this fiction not being heavy), it is still a very pleasant read. I recommend wholeheartedly to every person familiar with Castlevania lore.

- Synopsis: Dracula's castle has risen again, and dark forces are at work. It's up to Jonathan, Charlotte, the Lecarde sisters, and two familiar friends to traverse Castlevania again and put an end to the horrific plans of an almost as familiar enemy from ages past.

This story manages to act as a sequel to Portrait of Ruin by including elements from other games, notably Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, Symphony of the Night, and Lament of Innocence. Also pokes fun at bad translations from previous games and makes nods towards the horror films that inspired the series in the first place.

- Synopsis: "Alucard tells the story of his life."
- Tags: Angst, Supernatural
- Comments: It's an AU, but done in a way that's believable, thought-out, and even moving. Somewhat reminiscent of Interview With the Vampire or even Frankenstein, it uses the framework of Alucard answering Maria's question of why he must submerge his powers. The angst is strong with this one and it does move a little slow at times, but the writing is well above average.

- Comments: A beautiful story that elegantly ties Aria of Sorrow and Dawn of Sorrow directly to Lament of Innocence and onward to Symphony of the Night. It acts as a sequel to Dawn of Sorrow as well, making it perfect for fans of Soma, and as it's told from Mina's perspective, her fans will fall in love with this fic very quickly. It also features Julius, Yoko, Arikado/Alucard, and even Hammer; the entire cast of protagonists from Aria & Dawn, really. It displays Soma's connection to Dracula through Mina's point of view in a very clever way, as well as drawing a very sympathetic Mathias/Dracula, even while showing his ruthlessness as a vampire.

- Synopsis: It's the latest craze in monster hunting — both real and fake. When Soma and Arikado turn up as monsters in the game, what can Mina do to protect them from obsessed fanatics?

- Comments: While the premise sounds silly, it actually turns out to be quite horrifying. Imagine a game as popular as Pokémon GO at its peak, except that it can actually kill people, and quite horrifically at that. It contains excellent characterization and some smart Mythology Gags.

- Synopsis: You've been looking forward to these papers for a long time, haven't you? You wanted to know the truth behind all of the deaths, but no one would tell you. All of the personal testimony you could ever want is now in your hand. Will you open the envelope and find out what happened to your poor, dear friend?

- Comments: The website warns you that the content is graphic and they are right. The fic is written in the same style as the original Dracula, with it entirely compromised by reports and text messages between the characters. There's an ever-building sense of tension as there is no telling what the eventual fate of the characters will be, but it's worth it in the end.

Perhaps there's more to Arikado than what he doesn't know. Meanwhile, two ageless men are forced to grapple with change in their long, formerly stagnant lives, and must figure out how to reconcile the past with the present. If only this weren't so much easier said than done.
- Comments: Richter became a vampire, and secretly lives as Arikado's roommate. The characterization is excellent; it really captures how in the end, even someone as cool as Alucard is a person with anxieties, hobbies, and everyday problems.
