Gotta Learn to Say Goodbye by dbarts95

- Synopsis: After taking a bullet for her son, Bambi's mother seems to recover and rushes off to find him again. However, it soon becomes clear that Bambi and his father can no longer perceive her, and she realizes that she's been Dead All Along. Even with the guidance of an old loved one of her own, Bambi's mom finds herself struggling to come to terms with her fate.
- Comments: Despite the status, a well-written and well-drawn DeviantArt Pseudocanonical webcomic. Only Part 2, which itself is more of a P.O.V. Sequel, is unfinished.

- Synopsis: From the same author of "After So Long". Right after defeating Man's dogs Bambi suddenly falls from the cliff he stood; his father rushes down the slope only to find him seemingly dead, and starts mourning him while reflecting on how he treated his son, just before Bambi wakes up.
- Comments: as a POV fanfic it gives more insight to the Great Prince's thoughts on what happened, while also extending the scene. Overlapping with Tear Jerker and Heartwarming.
