Wiki Warrior is a Worm fanfiction by LMeire. The story begins with Taylor, freshly triggered, waking up at a hospital which she promptly floods because she accidentally summons a portal to the Pacific Ocean. Because you see...Taylor triggers with the power of Wikipedia. That is, the ability to summon almost anything with a Wikipedia article randomly.

As you can see, it's that kind of story.

Can be found on Sufficient Velocity here

This fanfic contains examples of the following:

  • Alternate Universe: Generally assumed to be the source of anything Taylor summons. Examples include:
    • A earth where capes rule the world in a similar fashion to the sparks of Girl Genius.
    • A earth where water is chemically based on nitroglycerin (with Explosive Results when brought to Earth Bet, naturally).
    • An earth of Naruto where ninjas explain things through musical numbers and the world works a bit in musical logic (and the Shinobi Alliance exists as some sort of ninja UN).
    • A earth where humans are feathered carnivores descended from dinos.
    • A earth where Jesus is a vampire who is protected from the Sun by a depression raincloud eternally over his head.
  • Adaptational Heroism:
    • The Entities, more specifically Abbadon, in a sort-of way through Adaptational Expansion, with 'him' being established as the 'Warrior' in a 'Warrior/Thinker' pair that unlike Eden and Scion chose to find the solution to entropy through a way that doesn't involve completely killing the host species in their corner of the multiverse.
    • Bakuda is still a nasty piece of work, but on somewhat better terms with the PRT due to killing Behemoth with an inverted singularity bomb.
  • Back from the Dead: Taylor accidentally resurrects Hero. While the exact mechanism was closer to summoning an Alternate Universe version of Him, for all intents and purpose it's this trope.
  • Bilingual Bonus: For two and a half sentences after rolling the Treaty of Dappes, Taylor is thinking in French.
Taylor (in French): -rien ne semblait arriver. Attendez. C'est quoi ce bordel? En état de choc, je suis descendu du trottoir...note
  • Crack Fic: Subverted. While the fic is a parody, the only thing crack about it is Taylor's fairly absurd Trump power. It still has plenty of torture, murder, revenge, Cruel and Unusual Death, and creepypasta.
  • Dance Battler: After a Grease inspired Kakashi Hatake taught them, Taylor and most of the Wards become this. Armsmaster tries to study their movements and replicate what they're doing, but approaching it scientifically just doesn't get the same results.
  • Die Laughing: One of Taylor's random attacks curses an opponent with unstoppable laughter — but Taylor rolled a 1, so the curse is boosted to be permanent. Several days later, the victim commits suicide, and her body is still laughing weeks after that.
  • "Instant Death" Radius: One among the subtler but creepiest power Taylor got is the power to kill anything within her line of sight, even if she isn't actually looking at it. Good thing this one is a temporary power.
  • Meta Power: Some of Taylor's results permanently modify her rolls going forward. For example, when she rolls up "Twenty One", her usual D20 roll is expanded to 21 — and rolling a 21 results in drawing a result from a different wiki, like Stardew Valley or Warhammer 40K.
  • New Powers as the Plot Demands: Taylor, courtesy of Wikipedia. Sometimes, rather than summoning an object, she gets a new minor power related to the article, such as the Dagger mark giving her the ability to mark objects with destructive runes.
  • Person of Mass Destruction: Taylor, who can do such wonderful things as summoning warships and submarines out of nowhere, when she's not simply terraforming her city.
  • Shout-Out: Various fictional characters and historical figures make cameo appearances.
  • Transflormation: Lung turned into a newly-dubbed Dragonfruit tree courtesy of Bakuda's bomb.
  • Wiki Walk: Taylor's power is a weaponized and randomized version of this. The author hits the Wikipedia "Random Article" button 1d20 times and uses the results as Taylor's power.
    • As an example of this power's versatility, Taylor can cause the ground to freeze over, flood the area in cucumber kimshi, then douse the kimshi in gasoline. On the other hand, she might find herself facing off against A-ranked and S-ranked threats armed only with a loaf of bread and the ability to speak Spanish.
