One day, a magic button suddenly appears. The protagonists in Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia, Space Patrol Luluco, and BNA: Brand New Animal all press the button and move to a parallel world where a new story featuring high school life begins.
Trigger Quartet is a fanfiction by Red Reef. This is written to be the Studio TRIGGER equivalent to the crossover series, Isekai Quartet. The fanfiction was released on 25 March 2020.

On 26 June 2021 the author announced the official cancellation of all their stories save for the Akko Kagari Universe.
The fic contains the following tropes:
- Atrocious Alias: Nazuna reveals her alias "Death Rube" to her classmates. Instead of being awed as she thought, everyone starts laughing out loud. Even open-minded individuals like Akko thinks "Death Rube" is too embarrassing and the stoic and more reserved like Ryuko and Diana thinks it's too hilarious.note
- Clingy Jealous Girl: Diana is shown to be incredibly jealous towards the Odd Friendship between Luluco and Akko due to having feelings for the latter, as she is depicted as showing a Death Glare towards the former, only to immediately become cheerful once Akko calls her. Akko even notes on how clingy Diana has become after that day.
- Continuity Nod:
- Upon seeing Over Justice, Akko remembers the time she resurrected Headmistress Holbrooke's father from the dead.
- Luluco and co recalls meeting Sucy and the Life Fibers before. Of course, the ones they're currently studying with are not the same ones....maybe...
- While trying to diffuse a misunderstanding, Akko recounts her time with the Cupid Bee incident.
- The Friend Nobody Likes: As expected, no one has fondness for Alpha Omega Nova due to his Brutal Honesty and seemingly condescending behavior.
- Green-Eyed Monster: Ryuko is utterly pissed that Michiru complains about her difficulties in life when the former has faced far worse trials.
- Hypocrite: Michiru shouts in hysterics in reaction towards her new, "weird" classmates. Of course, this is like "pot calling the kettle black" considering her own status.Michiru: WAH! A BUNCH OF WEIRDOS!Ryuko: YOU'RE ONE TO TALK, TANUKI!
- Mistaken for Romance: Several of the classmates, particularly Mako and Nina, thinks Luluco is confessing her love to Akko much to the latters' shock and embarrassment.
- Not So Above It All: Even Diana can't help but laugh at Nazuna's Atrocious Alias of "Death Rube".
- Not-So-Innocent Whistle: Sucy does notice Luluco eyeing her which leads to the latter turning away and whistle. The former lampshades this and thinks it to be some anime cliche.
- Odd Friendship: Akko and Luluco form a bond despite their different preferences in life.
