Tropes
- Flat Character: Inevitable considering the cast size, but some characters aren't as developed as others. One stand out example is Steve who has yet to receive a line.
- Giftedly Bad: Brian Griffin's poetry reading is noted to be this in the auditions for the talent show.
- Literal-Minded: Benson tells the the Ice King to beat the other teams in the talent show. The Ice King takes the word 'beat' literally, and freezes the audience during the show.
- The Load: Patrick Star is voted off instead of the more antagonistic Eric Cartman after the Awake-a-thon for this reason
- Love Triangle: One seems to be blossoming between Steven Universe, Connie Maheswaran, and, of all people, Luan Loud
- Massive Multiplayer Crossover: There are twenty-five franchises represented in the competition.
- One-Steve Limit: Averted. There are two characters named Lisa, and two characters named Stan. The author regularly has to differentiate which 'Lisa' or 'Stan' he's talking about.
- Pointy-Haired Boss: Robin nominates himself as leader of the Flying Loons, and proceeds to regularly make bad decisions that affect the team. This is what gets him eliminated, as his fellow team members jump at the opportunity to vote him off.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Kenny is a contestant, and has died twice in the competition. Once in the cliff-diving challenge, and again in the dodgeball challenge.
