Tales of The Wheeler Family

Happily married Mike and El Wheeler are invited to attend a school reunion back in Hawkins with the rest of the Party. While in Hawkins they each must confront their past as they seek to unravel a web of plots and plans - some old, some new - that seek to destroy not just Hawkins but the world itself.

- Big Bad Duumvirate - Mary allies with Nyarlathotep, an immortal Ax-Crazy Omnicidal Maniac, who in practice does what Mary asks mostly so Mary will eventually repay the debt owed.

- Canon Welding - Characters across multiple universes interact with each other, including Stranger Things, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, and more.
- Crossover Relatives - With Roland Deschain from the Dark Tower series being Karen Wheeler's brother, therefore being the uncle of Mike, Nancy and Holly.
- Everyone Went to School Together - Danny Torrance was best friends with Lucifer Morningstar and Diana Spellman at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardy
- Related in the Adaptation - Nyarlathotep is the son of Yavanna and Aslan and the grandson of Eru Ilúvatar. Eru Ilúvatar and Azathoth are brothers, both representing light and dark.
- Trigger Phrase - Mary implanted one in Jim Hopper's mind during Vietnam. It's the lyrics to the song "Waist Deep in the big muddy"
